The project is invested and constructed by Shandong Yong'an Haoyu Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan. It is located in the south of Huanghai 5th Road, the east of Pingnan Road, the west of Shengtang Logistics, and the north of Huanghai 6th Road, covering an area of 331 mu.
The project is planned to be constructed in three phases. In Phase I and Phase II, a 500,000 ton high-quality steel pipe and finished coupling production line will be constructed, and in Phase III, a 700,000 ton hot rolling production line will be constructed.
